To increase the level of mass in your body, lift heavier weights. Start by choosing a muscle group. Warm up by lifting lighter, easier to lift weights. It is a good idea to do approximately 15-20 reps with the lighter weight. Then increase the weight so that you can only lift the weight 6-8 times. Add five pounds to the weight and the repeat this for a third set.
